Attendance fee: EUR 2,625.00 (plus VAT if applicable)

In case of cancelling your registration by 25th August 2025 a processing fee of 100,- EUR will be charged. Later, the complete participation fee will be charged. It is free of charge to name a substitute participant. Please note that in case of high demand for an appointment, the maximum number of participants per company is limited to two.

The total cost of accommodation is EUR 204.00 (23.-25.09.2025, single room with breakfast) or EUR 294.00 in September 2025 (22.-25.09.2025, single room with breakfast). The participants are self-payers.
